- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Construction Vermi House Site: West Shewa Addisalem & Arsi, Sagure Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time. 7. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Birr Two hundred only). The method of payment will be in bank deposit CBE 1000067562643. 8. Bids must be delivered to the address mentioned above. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Please ensure your tender is prepared in accordance with the requirements as set out in the ITB document. Your tender should be submitted well before the Deadline for Submission of Bids stipulated in the Bid Data Sheet to avoid last minute rush. 9. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders' representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below. 10.
