- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Construction Work of Torongole, Lobet and Kelewe Rural Kebeles Water Supply Project The Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples Regional State (SNNPRS), Pastoral Affairs Bureau, Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project (LLRP) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who can demonstrate the following Licenses and Competence Certificate requirements. The bidder shall have a Competence Certificate of Grade 3 or above in General Contractor (GC) Category or a Competence Certificate of Grade 4 or above in the Water Works Contractor (WWC) Category as well as a Competence Certificate of Grade 6 and above in the Construction and Installation of Electro-Mechanical & Electrical Works; A bidder who doesn't possess a Competence Certificate of Construction and Installation of Electro-Mechanical & Electrical Works shall hire a subcontractor of an Energy Company having a Competence Certificate of Grade 6 or above in the Construction and Installation of Electra-Mechanical & Electrical Works. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from SNNPRS, Bureau of Pastoral and Special Support Affairs Coordination, Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project (LLRP), Regional Project Coordination Unit, Samuel Assefa with the email: fikeryabi23@gmail.com and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 8:30 am - 5:30 pm at the address given below. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 300.00 (Three hundred Birr only).
