- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Consultancy Service of Audit of Financial Report. Bid closing date: Feb 03, 2022 7:00 AM Bid opening date: Feb 03, 2022 7:30 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 200.00 birr Bid bond: ETB 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Birr) Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures Contained in the public Procurement proclamation of the Federal government of Ethiopia is open to invited and qualified bidders. Invited eligible bidders may obtain further information and collect the Bidding Documents at the address given below at 7 (a) from 8:30AM to 5:30 PM. Qualification requirements include: Renewed trade license for the current year, Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate from MOFED, Tax Payer Identification Certificate(TIN) Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(B) on February 03, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 7(C) on February 03, 2022 at 10:30 AM. A complete set of the bidding document in English language may be purchased and inspected by interested bidders on the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 200.00 (Birr Two Hundred). The method of payment to AAU's Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Account No. 1000087392067.
