- Tenders are invited for The Addis Ababa City Administration (Aaca) would like to Invite Eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Consultancy Service for Auditing Service. Bid closing date: 10 days after the announcement in Addis Zemen at 11:00 am (GMT+3). Bid opening date: 10 days after the announcement in Addis Zemen at 11:30 am (GMT+3). Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 400 (four hundred birr Bid bond: ETB 1,200.00 The Addis Ababa City Administration (AACA), with the financial and technical support of the French Agency for Development, plans to have the implementation of the Cash Advance for Ethio French Cooperation Project Office (EFCO) and verification of transfer of the remaining balance in the account of the Addis Ababa Construction of Road Authority (AACRA) audited by an independent auditor Therefore, the AACA would like to invite eligible ditor firms with renewed licenses to submit their bid documents for the abovementioned services. .Interested auditors can collect the bid documents including all information on the scope of service, as well as the full description of eligibility conditions and qualification criteria from the Ethio-French Cooperation Office (EFCO) at the address given in statement 4 during office hours from 9:00, am to 5:00 pm (GMT+3), from Monday to Friday, starting Tuesday, May 31st, 2022 (GC). The address is EFCO Addis Ababa Municipality Main Building 2nd floor, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Tel- 091137 12 75. Electronic bid documents may be freely collected. Auditors are formally requested to bring CD for saving an electronic copy of the bid document in pdf format. A hard copy will be delivered against payment of a non-refundable ETB 400. The deadline for submission of proposals to AACA, Addis Ababa Municipality Main Building 2nd floor is 10 days after the announcement in Addis Zemen at 11:00 am (GMT+3). If the Calendar day lies on the Ethiopian Holiday, the last date of the bid submission shall be on the next working day. Late bids shall not be accepted and returned unopened. The amount and currency of the Bid Security are ETB 1,200.00 in the form of CPO valid for 90 days from the recognized Bank by the Office of the City Manager. . Bid documents will be opened in the presence of bidders (or their representatives) who choose to attend at the address indicated above (7) at 11:30 am (GMT +3) on the last bid submission date. .The AACA reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
