Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before May 23, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office Tower II, Ground floor or in person to deliver to Procurement Directorate, Tower III, and 1st Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on May 23, 2023 on 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.
