- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Design and Development Static Software System Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: 2% Bid document may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the office of Somali Regional Public Service and human resource development Bureau Finance Logistic Support Process up on submission of written applications and non refundable fee or 200 birr only. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security 2% (Two present) of bid price in the form of CPO only and valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening. Bids must be submitted to Somali Regional Public service and human resource development Bureau Finance and Logistic Support process after 15 days of announcement on the newspaper at 10:00 AM. Bid will be opened on the 15th day after the announcement on the newspaper at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or legal repetitive ,late bids shall be reject bidders hall submitted to two envelopes (qualification information and Bid security) in one envelope and financial Bid) separately in other envelope and should be sealed in other envelope. Evaluation is too carried out in two stages (Qualification information) First and (Financial bids) or qualified bidders next. The Somali regional state Public service and human resource development Bureau has a right to accept or reject the bid.
