- Tenders are invited for Procurement Desktop Computer, Laptop & Office Equipment Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand birr) A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 200 ETB. The method of payment will be cash. The Bidding Documents will be sent immediately handed to the buyer. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 09:00 am (morning) on August 31, 2021, G.C. Late bids will be rejected Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 09:15 am (morning) on August 31, 2021 G.C, All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security of Ethiopian Birr 20,000 (TWENTY THOUSAND BIRR Only) or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency, The Dire Dawa Administration City Manager Office reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders
