- Tenders are invited for Procurement of 200 Pcs Desktop Computers BID Security for Each lot ETB 270,000.00 or Equivalent amount in freely convertible currency or CPO or Bank guarantee from local Commercial Banks Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Ministry of Education and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm from Monday to Thursday, and on Friday from 8:30 am to 11:30 am and 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The bidding document (Scanned Copy of the original and soft copy) in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1000.00(one thousand). The method of payment will be depositing or transfer to the purchaser Account Number 1000003784828 at Commercial Bank Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 a.m. on 27 February 2024. Submission of bids by email shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend in person at the address below at 10:30 a.m. on 27 February 2024.
