- Tenders are invited for Procurement of 76 Desktop Computers, And 76 Printers for 76 Selected Woredas under the Consolidated Wash Account Bid closing date: Oct 24, 2022 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Oct 24, 2022 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 500 ETB The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (ETB Five Hundred). The method of payment will be in Cash. The document will be collected in hard copy. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 24/10/2022 at 2:00 p.m. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders/ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 24/10/2022 at 2:30 p.m. Bids must be valid for 90 (ninety) days from the bid submission deadline. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 61,000.00 (Sixty-One Thousand) for Desktop Computers Lot 1 and ETB 36,000.00 (Thirty-Six Thousand) for Printers Lot 2 in the form of an unconditional Bank Guarantee from a recognized Bank or in the form of Cashier Payment Order (CPO). The bid security shall be valid for 28 (twenty-eight) days beyond the bid validity period.
