- Quotation are invited for Procurement of Different Capacity Ac and Dc Circuit Breakers C63 DC single-phase circuit breaker: qty 300 pcs C63 AC single-phase circuit breaker: qty 100 pcs C50 AC three-phase circuit breaker: qty 240 pcs 100A three-phase circuit breaker.: qty 568 pcs Bid closing date: Oct 19, 2023 5:00 PM Bid opening date: Oct 20, 2023 10:00 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 100 Bid bond: Birr 100000 Interested bidders are expected to fulfill the Requirements stated here below: ü Original Bid Security; ü Availability of Letter of Authorization to sign the bid offers; ü Anti-bribery pledge form; ü Bidders should have a valid and renewed trade license ; ü Bidders should be VAT registered; ü Bidders should submit Legal establishment document including Joint venture (if any). All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the total amount of Birr 100,000.00 (Birr One Hundred Thousand only). The bid bond shall be furnished in one of the following forms: - a) Certified Cheque /CPO issued by a recognized domestic bank or b)Bond issued by and/or confirmed through a recognized /reputable Domestic bank. The Bank that issues the bond as per 3 (b) here above shall unequivocally guarantee to pay the purchaser immediately upon the first written demand of payment. The Purchaser-s written demand of payment shall not be subject to any condition whatsoever.
