- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Different IT Related Items 1. IT Infrastructure Hardware 2. IT Software's 3. Electronics Items Bid document price: 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) Bid bond: different for various lots A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be collected from ECX - Head Quarter Treasury and Budget Control Division, located at Chelelek Al-Sam Tower 5th floor office# 514, against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00/One Hundred birr/ through bank deposit, using the below-mentioned bank address during office hours. All bids must be accompanied by bid security which shall be valid for 150 Days. The amount of bid security shall be ETB 125,000.00 (Birr One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand) for Lot 01: IT Infrastructure Hardware ETB 145,000.00 (Birr One Hundred Forty-Five Thousand) for Let 02 IT Softwares. ETB 20,000.00 (Birr Twenty Thousand) for Lot 03 Electronics Items All bid security shall be issued in the name of Ethiopia Commodity Exchange and shall be submitted in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee.
