- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Different Promotional Giveaway Materials (Lot 1) 1. Reusable Shopping Bag- Pcs 25,000 Etb 40,000.00 2. Hard Disk -500 Gb Pcs 5000 Etb 50,000.00 3. Scarf Pcs 5,000 Etb 10,000.00 4. Tie Pcs 10,000 Etb 10,000.00 5. Table Calendar Pcs 20,000 Etb 70,000.00 Interested and eligible bidders may collect the bidding document during office hours (Monday to Friday) from 8:00am-12:00pm and from 1:00pm-5:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am-12:00pm commencing from March 29, 2022 until bid closing date from Rang Real Estate 7th floor adjacent to Shoa Shopping center around Bole Rwanda, Office of the procurement Team. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non-returnable fee of Birr 200 (Birr two hundred only) for each LOTs and at Cooperative Bank of Oromia-s Finfine branch located around flamingo in cash. Bid document must be delivered to Bole Rwanda Rang Real state, 7th floor, adjacent to Shoa Shopping center, Office of Procurement Team on or before April 14, 2022. A bid document must be accompanied by a bid security of birr stated in the table on which bidders are interested to participate and its summation as per bid security/earnest money deposit described in the table above and bidders must clearly write on their post of their bid proposal on which items of the bid may participate. Bid bond shall be in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee in the name of Cooperative Bank of Oromia which is valid for 120 days in a separate envelop attached with the technical part of the bid document Bids will be opened at Office of Finance and Facilities Management, at Rang Real Estate 8th floor adjacent to Shoa Shopping center around Bole Rwanda, on April 15, 2022 at 10:00 AM.
