- Request for proposals are invited for Procurement of Dignity Kit. World Vision Ethiopia (WVE) is an International Humanitarian Christian Organization whose objective is to provide holistic and integrated development and emergency response programs in the country. World Vision-s work in Ethiopia contributes to the well-being of vulnerable children in partnership with the church, civil society and the government. Initiatives include education, food security, health, HIV and AIDS, water, sanitation, and hygiene, as well as sponsorship management. All programs are implemented with the goal of addressing the strategic and basic needs of children while supporting and building the capacity of families and communities. World Vision Ethiopia would like to invite Potential Vendor for the Supply of Dignity kit- for WVE (World Vision Ethiopia). Eligible vendors may collect detail specification from WVE Procurement Unit with the address shown below through presenting credentials during working hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00PM to 4:00PM), From March 01, 2021 to March 10, 2021. The bidding document (RFP) will be distributed to the bidders through e-mail address given to the unit WVE- Gerji the way to Mebrat Hayl next to Anbessa Garage Head office, Block-1- Room # 002 Phone: +251-116-293350/ +251-116-29 4128P.O. Box-3330 Addis Ababa The bidder shall submit financial proposals and together with Sample of the dignity kit (including copies of renewed Trade License, Business Registration License, Tax Payer-s Registration, and VAT Registration) by clearly state the detail specification as per our request. All documents must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for the purpose on or before 12:00 AM (06:00 Local time) on March 11, 2021. Please note that WVE Procurement committee will do the opening of the submitted financial documents and sample evaluation. World Vision Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
