Bid closing date: On or before 23/3/2023 until 4:00 AM Local time Bid opening date: On the same date at 4:15 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 200.00 ETB Bid bond: 25,000.00 ETB Ethiopian Disaster Risk Management Commission invites all interested and eligible bidders to this National Competitive Biddings (NCB) For Procurement of DRMC Head Quarter Building Maintenance A complete set of bidding documents can be obtained from the commission finance directorate Near Nfasilk Polytechnic School room number 27 during office hours from 8:30 am to 12:30 am in the morning and from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm in the afternoon (Monday to Friday) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 200 (two hundred) birr only. bidders Shall fulfill the following document The bidder should have a VAT and TIN certificate. Bidder Should have a valid and renewed Business License For 2015 E.C/2023 G.C Bidder should present valid and renewed tax clearance certificate (Only Domestic Bidders) Registration as a Supplier in the list of the mandated public body, i.e., public procurement and property authority (PPPA) (Domestic Bidders Only) All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Twenty-five Thousand Birr (25,000 ETB) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee. Professional Practice Certificate or Other (From Ministry of Construction) GC 7 and above Foreign Bidders Must Submit as appropriate authenticated Business organization, Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum, and article of Association and Trade License issued by the Country of Establishment. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days starting from the bid submission date. Bidders should submit one original and two copies of technical and financial proposal documents in separate sealed envelopes, marking the envelope as BID PROPOSAL All bids must be submitted on or before 23/3/2023 until 4:00 AM Local time to the commission procurement director's office room 13 and the bid will be opened in the presence of all bidders and/or their representatives at 4:15 AM on the same date.
