- Tenders are invited for Procurement of a Drone Camera for Audio Visual Purpose Bids opening date: Oct 25, 2021 10:30 AM Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: 1% Interested eligible bidders are invited to participate on this bid for the supply of the items. Description & Quantity of items can be obtained from the bid documents purchased. Bids must be accompanied by bid bond of not less than 1% of the total bid price in Ethiopian Birr in the form of CPO and must be submitted to the above-mentioned Office. A renewed Trade/Business License, Tax Clearance, Tin Certificate & VAT certificate. Bidders shall deliver bid documents to Engineering Corporation of Oromia, 3rd floor on or before October 25, 2021 at 10:00 AM. Bid shall be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM at ECO Hall in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives. Complete set of bidding documents in English can be purchased from the above office up on payment of non-refundable fee birr 200.00 from the address indicated below. Bidders should present renewed license certificate issued from the concerned body & Registration of VAT & TIN together with written clearances. ECOs reserved the right to reject all or part of the bid.
