- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Eight Portable Solar Systems for Elementary Schools Bid document price: 300.00 Birr Bid bond: 30,000 Birr Bidders must have undertaken at least 2(Two) Similar contracts each having an amount of ETB 2,100,000.0 during the last 10 (ten) years supported with names of clients, type and value of contracts. Audited financial statements of the bidder for the last 5 (Five) years to confirm a minimum Average annual turnover of ETB 2,400,000.0 A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of none refundable fee of ETB 300.00 (Three Hundred birr) All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 30,000 in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO to Ministry of Water and Energy, and shall remain valid for 88 (Eighty eight) days. For Bank Guarantee the bidder must use the bank guarantee form included in section IV (Bid Form) of the bidding Document.
