- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Electronic Devices (Laptops, Printers and LCD Projector). Bid closing date: 21 calendar days from the last advertisement 3:00PM Bid opening date: 21 calendar days from the last advertisement 3:00PM Region: Beneshangul Gumuz Bid document price: 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 25,000 Birr (Twenty five Thousand Birr) An interested Supplier can purchase a complete set of bidding documents in English from the day that the advertisement appears in the Ethiopian Herald newspaper at (1). Room No. 04 Ministry of Water; Irrigation and Energy, Addis Ababa. or (2). Room No. B-06 in Benishangul Gumuz Region Water, Irrigation and Energy Resources Development Bureau, Assosa during normal working hours upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr Only). The Method of payment will be in cash. The eligible Suppliers are expected to go through the bidding document and submit original and copies of their technical and financial proposals in separate wax sealed envelopes addressed to Benishangul Gumuz Region Water, Irrigation and Energy Resources Development Bureau, Assosa Room No B-06 on or before 3:00PM on or before 21 calendar days from the last advertisement date notice on the Ethiopian Herald and bids shall be opened at 3:00PM at the Addis Ababa , Ministry of water Irrigation and Energy. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the opening tender procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders. 8Bids shall be valid for a period of Sixty (60) days after Bid opening and the bid security shall be valid for Ninety (90) days. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in an acceptable (CPO or bank guarantee) form amounting to 25,000 Birr (Twenty five Thousand Birr) and they shall be delivered to"The Benishangul Gumuz Regional State Water Irrigation and Energy Resources Development Bureau, (Room No. B-06) (Asossa)"on 3:00 PM on or before 21 calendar days from the last advertisement date of this notice on the Ethiopian herald and Bids shall be opened at 3:30 PM at the same date at the Addis Ababa ,Ministry of water Irrigation and Energy in the presence of the suppliers who wish to attend. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bidder will be rejected
