- Tenders are invited for Procurement of External Audit Service Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Requirements: Professional Certificate. Competency in the relevant discipline. Membership of the External Auditors Association. Eligible to Audit public enterprise as per proclamation No 847/2014 G.C. Auditor have capable to conduct audit as per IFRS. Their experience in the same type work under consideration. The extent of education & training of bidders. Legal documents. Knowlege & Experience of professional (auditors)to be assigned. The way bidder express itself in its proposal (Audit programming, planning, methodology, timeframe etc) Bidders shall deliver bid documents to Oromia Engineering Corporation, 3rd floor on or before September 16, 2021 at 10:00 AM. Bid shall be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM at ECO's Hall in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives. Complete set of bidding documents in English can be purchased from the above office up on payment of non refundable fee birr 200.00 from address indicated below. Bidders should present renewed license certificate issued from Ministry of Finance & Economic Development & Registration VAT & TIN together with written clearance. ECO reserved the right to reject all or part of bids.
