- Tenders are invited for Procurement for External Audit services Bids opening date: Nov 25, 2021 03:30 PM Bid document price: Birr 250.00 Bid bond: 2% A complete set of auditing service TOR documents in English may be purchased by interested Audit firms on submission of; Written application letter Renewed registration certificate by AABE Renewed License VAT registration certificate, Valid tax clearance Evidence of auditing experience with Bank and similar Micro Finance Date of Commencement of Audit report Complete company profile Submit the completion time of the Audit works and Price quotations to the address given below and up on payment of un refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 250.00 only in cash starting from the first date notice viewed on the newspaper during office hours through Monday to Friday. Bids must be delivered on or before 3:00 P.M, on the 25th November, 2021. (Original technical document will be opened on the same date at 3:30, in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend The financial proposals of those selected or qualified Auditors shall be opened and Financial evaluation conducted after notice of the technical document result announced on the notice board, the bid is valid for 60 days. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of total bid price from recognized banks. All bids in one original plus one copy properly filled in, signed and stamped, and should be dropped in the Tender Box prepared for this purpose in the Procurement Directorate, 5th floor office No. 505 on or before 3:00 p.m. on the 25st Nov, 2021.
