- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Furniture Supplies Bid closing date: 10 calendar days after the date this notice posted on Ethiopian herald newspaper, before 4:00 A.M. local time Bid opening date: 2:30 A.M on the 2nd day after the submission deadline Bid document price: Birr 300.00 Bidders should have legal recognized import-export license in Ethiopia The Bid Security is to be sealed in a separate envelope within the main sealed bid Bid documents can be obtained from Prisons Commission Office department of finance & logistics Located the main road kebele 10 in front of regional bureau of justice and prosecution during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00 (Birr:- three hundred birr only). For eligibility, bidder must bring copy of renewed trade license, tax payer registration, tax clearance certificate for current year and any related documents. No one is allowed to duplicate or transfer the bidding document that she/he acquired to participate under this invitation, Bid proposal will be received at the Prisons Commission Office during office hours before 10 calendar days after the date this notice posted on Ethiopian herald newspaper, before 4:00 A.M. local time late Bids will be automatically rejected and shall be returned unopened to the bidder. Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives at 2:30 A.M on the 2nd day after the submission deadline.
