Tenders are invited for Procurement of Galvanized Steel Terminating and Low Voltage Earth System materials Bid Security amount in Birr 100,000.00 Bid closing date: Aug 16, 2023 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Aug 16, 2023 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 300.00 Birr Interested bidders must submit together with their bid documents: Renewed Trade License TIN certificate VAT registration certificate Tax clearance certificate Valid tax clearance from the concerned Authority Suppliers' Registration certificate from FPPA. Interested bidders can obtain a complete set of bidding documents beginning from the announced date upon payment of non-refundable birr 300.00 (Three Hundred) in cash from the procurement team, Promise Building 5th floor. Bidders shall submit the original bid security amount mentioned in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee from the recognized Bank (Insurance Bond shall not be accepted) which is valid for 90 days. Bid proposals shall be submitted into a bid box prepared for this purpose on or before the date and time, and simultaneously opened as per the mentioned in the table above in the presence of bidders and /or their authorized representatives. The language of the tender shall be in English. WCSH. Co reserves the right to accept or reject partially or entirely the bids.
