Tenders are invited for Procurement of Generators, Switch Boards, And Submersible Pumps for on-Spot Water Supply Schemes in Afar National Regional State (Nrs) Bid document price: Birr 500.00 Bid bond: Birr 46,000.00 Interested bidders have to provide information on available manpower, equipment & machinery, accessories & tools, vehicles, experience in similar project as well as renewed Water Works Registration and Trade License for the year 2013 E.FY, VAT and TIN certificate and other relevant information as specified in the bidding document (RFB). Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Afar NRS, Water, Irrigation and Energy Bureau and inspect the bidding document during office hours 7:00am - 5:30am and 9:00pm 11:30pm The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 500.00 (five Hundred). The method of payment will be cash payment. The document will be delivered in person duly authorized to collect the documents. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00am August 12, 2021. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened on August 12, 2021 at 10:30am in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses-to-attend-at the address indicated-below. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Birr 46,000.00 (Forty Six Thousands) in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO.
