A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested and eligible Bidder from the office of Accounts and Finance, Odaa Tower 6th floor Office No. 608, Addis Ababa upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 350.00 (ETB Three Hundred Fifty) from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm local time (Monday-Friday) and from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday except on public or government holidays, if any. 5. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 1,000,000.00 (ETB One Million) from recognized banks. 6. All bids in one original plus one copy adequately filled in, signed, and stamped, and should be dropped in the Tender Box prepared for this purpose at the Procurement and Supply Management, 5th-floor office No. 505 on or before 2:30 P.m. on April 11, 2023. 7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony on April 11, 2023, at 3:00 P.M at the company's meeting hall located on the 7th floor.
