- Tenders are invited for Procurement Good of Students Cafe Foods A Complete Set of Bidding Documents Prepared in the English Language may be Purchased by interest Bidders on Submission of a Written Application to the Bidders below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 500 (Five Hundred birr only) Payment will be in cash. Bidders Should Submit Separate Technical and Financial Proposal enclosed in a wax Sealed envelope clearly Marked the project's title and must be delivered to the address below on or before September 27/2023 at 10:00 AM for lot 1 all bids must be accompanied by a bid Security of birr 1% of Total Amount for all lots in the form of certified Check (CPO) issued by a Recognized Bank. The Bid Opening Ceremony will take place at Jigjiga J/M/B/S 11 September 2023 in Procurement Department Room No: 2 Late bids will be Rejected. Qualification information and bid Security of the Bidders will be opened in the Presence of bidders/Representatives who choose to attend at the address above on the final bid submission date and time for lots at the above.
