- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Goods (Billing Software) Mentioned Here under Different Oromia Regional Zone (188 Urban Water Utilities). Bid closing date: Apr 25, 2022 11:59 AM Bid opening date: Apr 25, 2022 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 300.00 (three hundred birr ) Bid bond: 1% The Oromia Water and Energy Bureau (OWEB) have secured a budget for the procurement of goods (Billing Software) mentioned hereunder Different Oromia regional zone (188 urban water utilities). A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidder upon presentation of renewed license, Registration certificate issued from authorized Ministry, Taxpayer certificate, Registration card for VAT & TIN together & copy of ID card. Documents in English can be purchased from the above-mentioned office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 300 (three hundred) by submission of a written application to the Oromia Water and Energy Bureau. Bids must be submitted to the Below office on or before 25/04/2022 GC 11:59 AM and must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 1% of the bid price in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee The bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 02:30 PM on the same date at 8th-floor room No. 6. The Bureau reserves the right to reject the bids partially or fully.
