- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Goods of Drilling Tools Bid closing date: Jan 21, 2022 8:59 AM Bid opening date: Jan 21, 2022 11:30 AM Bid document price: 300 birr Bid bond: 1% Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidder up on presentation of renewed license, Registration certificate issued from authorized Ministry, Tax payer certificate, Registration card for VAT & TIN together & copy of ID card. documents in English can be purchased from the above mentioned office up on payment of nonrefundable fee of birr 300 (three hundred) by submission of a written application to the Oromia Water and Energy Bureau. Bids must be submitted to the above office on or before 21/01/2021 GC 11:59AMand must be accompanied by bid bond of not less than 1% of the bid price in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidder's or their Representatives, who choose to attend at 02:30 PM on the same date at 6th floor room No. 601. The Bureau reserves the right to reject the bids partially or fully.
