The bidding document in the English language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 100.00 (One hundred birr). The method of payment will be direct deposit or bank transfer to the Bank account number: 1000539035658 Commercial Bank of Ethiopia at BOANR. The document will be sent by Softcopy or (Telegram or Email). No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before February 19, 2024, 10:00 AM and opened on the same day, February 19, 2024, 10:30 AM. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below. 7.
