- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Bid document price: 200.00 Birr Bid bond: 1,500,000.00 Birr 2. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download the bidding document via https://bids.extratenders.com/bids-shop/dashen-bank-sc/ and https://dashen.afrotender.com/or afrotender.com to access the bidding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 200.00 (Birr Two Hundred only) for each lot starting from September 11, 2023. 3. A copy of the renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, and TIN Certificate is required while submitting the bid document. 4. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL proposals in separate envelopes for each lot with duplicate copies labeled as original and copies accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document. 5. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond above the specified amount in the form of an unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of the offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days. 6. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on or before: October 10, 2023, up to 5:00 PM Afternoon. 7. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder or their legal representative at the avenue of Dashen Bank, 7th floor Supply Chain Management Department, meeting hall as per the following schedule October 11, 2023, at 2:00 PM Afternoon.
