- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Installation, Test, and Commissioning of Networking Infrastructure and Digital Services on Turn Key Basis. Bid closing date: Jun 03, 2022 4:00 AM Bid opening date: Jun 03, 2022 4:30 AM Region: Oromia Bid document price: 1000.00 (One thousand Birr) Bid bond: 200,000.00 (Two hundred thousand Birr) Bidding documents can be purchased from Addis Ababa Liaison Ofice in front of USA Embassy for a non-refundable 1000.00 (one thousand Birr) at working hours starting from the day that the advertisement appears in the Addis Zeman Newspaper. The mode of payment is bank transfer to Dambi Dollo University Internal Revenue Account 1000231496029 and the bank slip is to be submitted. Bids should be in companied by a bid security of Birr 200,000.00 (Tow hundred thousand) or equivalent Currency in form of CPO or bid bond bank guarantee and shall be delivered to the university in the original technical documents or in wax-sealed separately. The envelopes of the bid security shall be signed by the bidder. The bid documents are in two envelopes, the technical and financial documents must be prepared in original and copied in a properly signed and stamped, separately wax-sealed clearly marked “Original" and "copy" All the original and technical documents shall be put in one outer envelope and it has to be signed, stamped, and sealed. The Bidder shall submit with its bid the following additional documents: Manufacturers' supplier's local agents must produce their evidence of currently renewed licence that they have paid up all government taxes, Certificate from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development specifying that they have registered in suppliers list, Manufacturer's authorization, TIN certificate and VAT registration certificate from the tax authority together with the technical documents.
