- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Internal Combustion Tamping Machine. 1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national competitive tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and ERC procurement Directives and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries. 2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from ERC, AALRTS and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at from December 27, 2021 - January17, 2021 at 9:00am to 5:00pm Working day. 3. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address given below at 7(a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 200 Birr. The method of payment will be in cash. 4. Bid must be delivered to the Address below at 7 (b) on or before 09:30 am on January 18, 2021. 5. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security for 30,000.00 ETB, for lot 1 and 60,000ETB for lot 2 in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank guarantee from recognized Bank. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7 (b) at 10:00 am on January18, 2021 6. ERC/AALRTS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and any items on the bid. 10. The bidder must have materials supply and related with renewal license and should have a more supplying experience.
