- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Laptop Computer. Bid closing date: Dec 05, 2022 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Dec 05, 2022 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 200 ETB Bid bond: 150,000.00 ETB 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" July 2016 and revised 2017 and August 2018, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Ministry of Finance Ato Abera Gelgelu to inspect the bidding document between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm or (Ethiopian Local Time 2:30-11:00) at the address given below. 5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00. The method of payment will be in cash. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or Before the Date: 5th December 2022 Time: 2:00 P.M. Electronic bids will not be permitted. Late bidders will be rejected Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 5th December 2022 at 2:30 P.M. 7. Bid Security ETB. 150,000.00 (One Hundred Fifty Thousand Birr Only) in CPO or Irrevocable Bank Guaranty. 8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder's beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
