- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Laptops and Software for NDMC Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: Birr 50,000.00 The bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 200 (Birr Two hundred ) or in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be Cash. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before August 10,2021 at 2:15 PM. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on August 10, 2021 at 2:30 PM All bids must be accompanied by a "Bid Security" which shall be ETB 50,000.00 (Birr fifty thousand) or a freely convertible currency. The bid security shall be in the forms of cash payment order (CPO) or unconditional bank guarantees.
