- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Maize Shelter, Multi Crop Thresher and High Fuel Efficient Stove 1. Maize Shelter Shelling capacity of 30 - 40 quintals/hr Bitter (axial type of R.P.M 700 - 800 Fan speed of 1500- 1650 R.P.M Shelling Efficiency of 99.4% (minimum) 1 Maize Sheller Cleaning efficiency of 99.9% (minimum) Breakage of less than 1% (Weight of 200 - 240 kg Engine rated power of 10 Hp L'WH dimension of (12*0.82*12) M 2. Multi Crop Thresher Threshing capacity - Wheat and Barley 10 quintals/hr, Teff 3 - 4 quintals/hr - Dimension of threshing drum (peg type),). length 1000mm, Diameter 300mm, and drum Multi Crop 2 speed 800 - 1000 RPM Thresher Fan: speed of 1500 RPM, Blades four (4) Threshing Efficiency of 97% (minimum) Breakage of less than 3% Engine rated power of 10 Hp 3. High Fuel Efficient Stove The stand and the out part of the fuel stove should be Metal The inner part of the fuel stove should be made up of cement. The emission/Smoke/ out let should be only one Stove weight is 20 kg or greater and should have 4legs. Supplier must have minimum production capacity of more than 320 units per month Your fuel-efficient stove should use for baking Enjera or Bread with very few fire woods. The length of the fuel stove stands should be in standard The Metal should be Kaliti steel for all parts of the stove which need metals/steel.
