- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Materials (T-Shirts, Keyholder, Pen, Notebooks, Folder, Mug with Print etc.) The financial price quotation document can be taken by interested and qualified bidders up on presentation of in-person or through the following email: info@habitatethiopia.org within ten consecutive calendar days starting from the announcement date of November 13, 2023, during working hours (i.e., in the morning from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM & in the afternoon from 01:30 PM to 5:00 PM). The deadline for submission of the bid documents is November 24, 2023, before 2:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day November 24, 2023, at 2:30 PM at HFHE Country office in the presence of bidders or bidder's legal representatives who wish to attend. 3. Bidders should submit their technical and financial offers in sealed envelopes to Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia before the deadline using the address described below. 4. Bidders should submit samples. Bidders should submit Bid Security in the name of "Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia" for 2% of the total bid amount in the form of CPO valid at least for 28 additional days after the bid validity period, which is 90 days from the bid opening date.
