- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Medium Duty Foreign Currency Detecting Machine with Printer Qty: 25 Bid Bond Guarantee Amount (Birr): 30000/-. The Bid documents shall be obtained from the Facility Management Department of Berhan Bank, Head office: located in front of Bole Bras Hospital (Bole Overpass Bridge), womsadco building 2nd floor, upon deposit of non-refundable fee Birr 200.00 /Birr Two Hundred/ for each Category at any Berhan Bank Branch during office hours (Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM-12:00 AM and 1:00 PM-5:00 PM/Saturday: 8:00 AM-12:00 AM) starting from Wednesday, July 14, 2021, 2:00 PM. 3. Bid must be accompanied by bid Security amount as per specified in above table in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee in favor of Berhan BankS.C. 4. Bidders should submit separate technical and financial proposal. Technical proposal envelope should include trade license, tax registration certificates, agent certificate, bid bond, testimonies of past experience and other related documents. The bidders should submit both financial and technical bid proposals sealed and deposit in the bid box prepared for this purpose.. 5.
