- General Procurement Notice for Procurement of Mobile-Veterinary Clinics (off-Road Vehicle, Complete with Fully-Fledged Appropriate Veterinary Equipment) Bid Security Amount (ETB): 400,000 Bid document price: 200.00 ETB 5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency. 6. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document for Procurement of Goods. 7. Bids must be delivered to the office on or before 02:00 PM EAT on 24th October 2023 and must be accompanied by a security in the amount shown in the table under item 3 above corresponding to the Summation of each individual lot or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.
