Tenders are invited for Procurement of a New Traction Elevator at Oromia Sectorial Bureau's Bid document price: 500.00 Birr Bid bond: 500,000.00 Birr A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application indicating the project, VAT registration certificate, renewed certificate of competence or renewed registration certificate from the concerned body, renewed trade license, or renewed trade registration certificate, valid tax clearance during the period of bid validity and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 500.00 (Five hundred birr) only in cash starting from the first date notice viewed on the newspaper during office hours through Monday to Friday Bids must be delivered to the address stated below before 10:00 AM (4:00 AM local time) on the 31st day starting from the official announcement of the bid in the newspaper. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 500,000 (Five hundred thousand birr). The Bid security shall be payable on first written demand to the employer and must be a Certified Payment Order (CPO) or Unconditional Bank Guarantee. Late bids will be rejected. The outer sealed envelope contains one original and two copies of the financial document each separately sealed and the Original Technical document with two copies separately sealed along with the bid security All originals and copies must be put in one outer mother envelope as indicated in the bidding document and hand-delivered to Oromia Urban Development and Housing Bureau. gnibbid to eto to ituontitasbl Technical documents and Bid security of the bidders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the bid opening at Oromia Urban Development and Housing Bureau, Purchasing Property and Finance Directorate. The Bid opening shall take place on the 31st day starting from the official announcement of the bid on the newspaper at 10:30 AM (04:30 am local time).
