- Quotation are invited for Procurement Of “Cleaning Service For NNWR Regional Office, Gondar 1 Shop, Debretabor Shop And Other Offices (RFQ 4245898) Floating Date: As of October 20, 2023 Closing Date: November 08, 2023, 2:00PM Opening date: November 08, 2023, 2:30PM Interested all local bidders are expected to fulfill the Eligibility Requirements stated here below. a. Valid and renewed trade license b. Bid security as required (ETB 35,000.00) c. VAT Registration Certificate d. Letter of authorization to sign the bid offers e. Anti-bribery pledge form f .Compliance statement g. Bid submission sheet h. Presentation of Commercial and technical offers (original & copy) i. Legal establishment of the company (including Joint venture if any) All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Birr 35,000.00 (Birr Thirty-Five Thousand only) The bid bond shall be furnished in one of the following forms: - a.
