- Tenders are invited for Procurement of One Piece of Geophysical Instrument with All Accessories Used for Groundwater Investigation as Part of the Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Building of the Program Bid document price: 500.00 Birr Bid bond: 161,000.00 Birr 6. A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00(Five hundred Birr only). The method of payment will be direct cash payment to the counter cashier at the Oromia Water and Energy Bureau. 7. Bidders are required to attach with their bid a copy of their renewed business license, competence certificate in the sector of water works, VAT certificate, Tax clearance certificate, and Tax Identification Number (TIN). 8. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before December 22, 2023, at 14:00 hours (2:00 PM). Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on December 22, 2023, at 14:30 hours (2:30 P.M). 9. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 161,000.00 (ETB One Hundred sixty-one Thousand) or in freely convertible Currency from a reputable source from any eligible country in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee from recognized Banks using the form in Section 4 of the bidding document or in the form of Cashier Payment Order (CPO) Bid closing date: Dec 22, 2023 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Dec 22, 2023 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa
