- Tenders are invited for City Government of Addis Ababa Labor, Enterprise & Industry Development Bureau Invites Bidders for the Procurement of Overall Work Wears (Safety Cloth). Bid closing date: Feb 01, 2022 11:00 AM Bid opening date: Feb 01, 2022 11:30 AM Bid document price: 200.00 birr Bid bond: 250,000.00 (Two hundred fifty thousand) Interested bidders who have relevant renewed trade license for the current budget year, Tax Clearance & VAT registration evidence. Bid document can be obtained from City Government of Addis Ababa Labor, Enterprise & Industry Development Bureau, Mexico Nib International Bank Head Office 9th floor, Office No; 9/07 Finance Directorate, during office hours against a non-refundable payment of birr 200 (two hundred) from the date of issuance of this bid on the Ethiopian Herald. Bidding will be conducted through the National competitive bidding procedures and is open to all eligible bidders. Delivery period- within 30 calendar days starting from date of contract signing Bids must be accomplished by bid bond of Ethiopian birr 250,000.00 (Two hundred fifty thousand)) in the form of UN Conditional bank guarantee or certified payment order (C.P.O) Bids shall be submitted each having one original & two copies. Bidders should submit their technical and financial offers in waxsealed envelope to the Agency starting from the date announced on the Ethiopian Herald for the consecutive 30 days. Bid will be closed in the presence of bidders or their legal representative on the February 01-2022 at 2; 00 PM (Afternoon) & opened on the same date at 2; 30 PM (Afternoon) in the presence of bidder's representative, who chooses to attend, at the address below.
