- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Plant, Design, Manufacturer. Supply, Erection Test & Commissioning of Communication System for the Installed Smart Energy Meters through International Competitive Bidding (Icb) Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: USD 10,000.00/ TEN THOUSAND USD/. The Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP) has the budget to be used for the procurement of the Plant. Design, Manufacture, Supply, Erection, Test & Commissioning of communication System for the Installed Smart Energy Meters through Existing OPGW through international competitive bidding (ICB). The Ethiopian Electric Power now invites eligible bidders for the procurement of Plant, Design, Manufacturer.
