- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Pre-Export Verification of Conformity (PVOC) standalone Solar energy Products Bid document price: Birr 3500.00 Bid bond: USD 5,000.00 Bid Documents Can be obtained from Ethiopia Conformity Assessment Enterprise Head Office Procurement Supplies Team Office upon a Payment of non-refundable Fee Birr 3500.00/Three Thousand Five Hundred Birr /or Equivalent USD Interested eligible Companies may obtain further Information from and Inspect the Tender Documents from the procurement Team Office, Ethiopia Conformity Assessment Enterprise Offices located at Megenagna around AMCE During normal Working Hours (Between 3:00 am to 5:00 pm Ethiopia Conformity Assessment Enterprise (ECAE) in Person. Bids should Sealed Technical, Financial Proposals "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" and Bid Security in separate envelopes marked as for pre-Export Verification of Conformity to Standards for a period of three(3) Years. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all Taxes and Must be Expressed in United States Dollars and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing date of the tender Bid proposal will be received at the Head Office on or before June 10,2021 until 3:00pm Bid shall be opened at 3:15pm on the date on Presence of the Tenderers Representatives who Choose to attend the Opening Tenders delivered outside the required time will not be accepted. Tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security of USD 5,000.00 in the form of the Bank Guarantee from Reputable Bank Authenticated by CBE. Bidders are seriously advised to read and comply with the instruction provided on the Bidding Document. The Ethiopia Conformity Assessment Enterprise (ECAE) reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of this Bid.
