- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Service for Computers and Office Machines for Two Years Framework Agreement. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be collected from ECX- Head Quarter Treasury and Budget Control Division, located at Chelelek Al-Sam Tower 5th floor office#514, against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 00 /Three Hundred Birr/ through bank deposit, using the below mentioned bank address during office hours. All bids must be accompanied with bid security 10,000.00 (Birr Ten Thousand only) and shall be valid for 120 days & must be submitted in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee. Bids must be submitted before Thursday Jan 05 2023 up to 02:00 PM in the bid box located at Chelelek Al-Sam Tower 7th floor - Procurement Division Office# 708 and the bid will be Open on the same date Thursday - Jan 05 2023 @ 02:30 PM in the presence of the bidders- or their representatives who wish to attend in person at the address below.
