Tenders are invited for Procurement of Raw Material, Belt, Chemicals and Oil and Lubricant Bids opening date: 5:30 A.M: November 22, 2021 E.C. Bid document price: 500.00 (Five hundred birr only) Bid bond: 2% A coraplete and detail set of bidding documents prepared in English can be purchased by interested and qualified bidders at the address below (a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee Birr 500.00 ( Five Hundred Birr only). The method of payment will be in cash. The tender document will be sent by any means and have to be delivered to DEIC- supply chain management office in the bid box available up to the deadline for the bid submission. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery of bid documents. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 5:00 AM November 22, 2021 E.C. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2 % OR in equivalent amount in convertible currency in the form of unconditional bank guaranty or CPO from certified Ethiopian bank. The Bidder shall submit separate financial and technical envelopes, duly marking the envelopes as "ORIGINAL” and “COPY", the envelopes shall then be sealed in an outer envelope. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' or legal representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 5:30 A.M: November 22, 2021 E.C. DEIC has right to reject or accept this bid partially or fully.
