- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Reinforced Plastic Tarpaulin Bids opening date: 22nd November 2021 10:00 AM GMT +3 East African Time FH Ethiopla, an International Humanitarian Organization, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, Invitation to Tender (ITT)for procurement of Reinforced Plastic Tarpaulin 1. All suppliers who have valid licenses, TIN numbers, and VAT registration documents can obtain a complete set of bidding documents from the FH Ethiopia Head Office (Addis Ababa) starting from the first day of this invitation between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM office hours from Monday to Friday.
