- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Reusable Shopping Bag: qty 25000 Bid Security/ Earnest Money Deposit: ETB 40,000.00 Bid closing date: 11 February 2022 Bid opening date: Feb 12, 2022 7:00 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Interested and eligible bidders may collect the bidding document during office hours (Monday to Friday) from 8:00 am-12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm-5:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am-12:00 pm commencing from January 24, 2022, until bid closing date at Rang Real Estate 7th floor adjacent to Shoa Shopping center around Bole Rwanda, Office of the procurement Team. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-returnable fee of Birr 200 (Birr two hundred only) at Cooperative Bank of Oromia's Finfine branch in cash. Bid document must be delivered to Dembel City Centre, 2nd floor (passenger lift 6), Office of Procurement Team on or before 11 February 2022. A bid document must be accompanied by a bid security of birr stated in the table on which bidders are interested to participate and its summation as per bid security/earnest money deposit described in the table above and bidders must clearly write on their post of their bid proposal on which items of the bid may participate. The bid bond shall be in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee in the name of Cooperative Bank of Oromia which is valid for 120 days in a separate envelop attached with the technical part of the bid document. Bidders must submit their Technical/Sample and Financial document in one Original and one Copy- all separately signed and wax sealed. The complete bid must be submitted in one original, clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and one copy also, clearly marked "COPY" and each envelope shall be separately signed and wax sealed which in the event of any discrepancy between them the Original will prevail - then both of which will be submitted in an envelope sealed and clearly marked with "Supply of promotional giveaway materials”. Bids will be opened at the Office of Finance and Facilities Management, at Rang Real Estate 8th floor adjacent to Shoa Shopping center around Bole Rwanda, on February 12, 2022, at 10:00 AM. Bidders may not participate on the opening ceremony due to COVID-19.
