- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Services/Consultancy for USAID Transform Wash (T-Wash) Project Implementation in Five Regions of Ethiopia The original T-WASH project period was from 2017 to 2022 and the key result areas are 1) increased WASH governance and management capacity at sub-national level; 2) increased demand for low-cost, quality WASH products and services, with a focus on sanitation; 3) increased supply for low-cost quality WASH products and services, with a focus on sanitation; and 4) increased knowledge base to bring WASH innovations to scale. Due to the tangible results and the recent conflicts/ or draught the project is extended until June 30, 2024, in response to the GoE demand. The Extension phase incorporating two result areas; Increasing access to improved drinking water supply and small-scale irrigation facilities for drought-and conflict affected communities. In the extension phase, SNV committed to upgrade/rehabilitate minimum of 11 water system with an estimated 3,800 households, small-scale irrigation 23 systems, and about 27 community irrigation ponds 27 with about 2,560 households gained access to irrigation service in 17 woredas of the five regions. SNV now invites eligible national consultants of minimum category IV and above consulting Engineers, General or Architectural & Engineering Consultants, and valid license from the Ministry of Urban Development & Construction or its equivalent from Ministry of Water and Energy to indicate their interest in assessment, design or design review, preparation of BoQ, specification, and bid document services within limited time budget. Interested and eligible consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (detail company profile, description/experience of similar assignments they have performed, list of skilled manpower specifically for performing the task, evidence of previous accomplishments etc.). Interested contractors may obtain further information at the address below during office hours 9:00 am to 12:00 am-noon and 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm afternoon from Monday to Friday in the 5th floor.
