- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Software Development 1. (Lot 1) Prosecution Case management system, Civil Case Management System, Document Authentication and Registration Management System 2. (Lot 2) Agricultural and industrial Product supply chain management system RFP 3.(Lot 3).Case Status Management System (CSMS) 4. (Lot 4) Appointment Management System 5. (Lot 5) Regional Web Portal (Oromia Portal) 6. (Lot 6) Project Management System 7. (Lot 7) Jira Project Management 8. (Lot 8) Regional Integrated Document Management System 9.(Lot 9) Fleet Management System A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 100 (One hundred birr). The method of payment will be Cash on site. All bids shall be sealed & delivered to OSTA office at A.A, bid closing date shall be on 16th day of announcement of this invitation at 11:00 A.M in the morning and will be opened on the same date in the presence of interested bidders of their legal representative at the office of on the same date 11:30 A.M. If the bid opening date is holidays closing and opening of the bid will be on the next working day at the same time .Late bidders of the bid closing time will not be accepted, Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 100,000.00(One hundred thousand) ETB in the form of certified cheque CPO or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized bank in Ethiopia.
