Tenders are invited for Procurement of Spare Parts Bid closing date: Apr 05, 2022 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Apr 05, 2022 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: Birr 300.00 Bid bond: Birr 300,000.00 A complete bidding document may be purchased by an interested bidder on the submission of a written application together with renewed relevant license, Registration card issued from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development as registered in Supplier List, VAT Registration certificate, TIN (Tax Identification Number) & Relevant Tax Clearance Certificate to the above office upon payment of non-refundable payment of Birr 300.00 (Three hundred birr only) in cash. The bidder must provide bid security in the amount of 300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand Birr only) for each Lot in C.P.0 or an unconditional bank guarantee issued by a legally established financial institution. Any bid not secured accordingly shall be rejected automatically. The Bid shall be closed on April 05/2021 G.C at 2:00 P.M. and opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M. on the presence of bidders or their representatives. Our Organization reserves the right to accept or reject partially or the entire bid.
