- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Split-Type including Installation & Multi-Media Speaker (Sound System) Lot 1 1 Ac 12,000 Btu Split Type including Installation Pcs 26 2 Ac 18,000 Btu Split Type including Installation Pcs *\ 3 Ac 24,000 Btu Split Type including Installation Pcs 5 4 Ventilator (Window Type) Pcs 34 Lot 2 1 Multi-Media Speaker (Sound System) Pcs 60 Bids opening date: Dec 8, 2021 09:00 AM Bid document price: Birr 120.00 Bid bond: Different for various lots Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download the complete set of the official bidding document via online : https://bids.extratenders.com/bids-shop/dashen-bank-sc/ to access the bidding document by having paid Non-refundable Fee ETB 120.00 / One Hundred Twenty Birr Only) starting from November 22, 2021. The bidders must be presented the Copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate is required while submitting the bid document. Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amount of Birr 53,000.00 (Birr Fifty Three Thousand Only) for LOT I and Birr 18,000.00 (Birr Eighteen Thousand only) for LOT II in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of offer. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL Proposal in separate envelopes, labeled as original and copy. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on or before December 07, 2021 @ 5:00 PM at Supply Chain Management Department, Dashen Bank New Head Quarter Building 14th floor in front of National Bank of Ethiopia. Late bids shall be rejected. Bid opening shall be conducted in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend in person at the avenue of Dashen Bank, 14th floor Supply Chain Management Department on December 08, 2021, @ 9:00 AM Morning.
